-Rally points system to 21 (set points to 30), best of 3 games -Players guaranteed at least 3 matches. (Walkovers count as a match)
-The draw for each knockout stage of the tournament shall be made in the manner set out by organizers.
-The seeding of the draw shall be done by Tournament Committee
-Sign-in at least 30 minutes prior to event start times
-Warm-up time is 2 minutes
–starting when the match is announced
-Players will be defaulted if they cannot be located for their match
-Maximum 90 seconds break between games
-Minimum 5 minutes break guaranteed between matches for elimination only
-Matches will not be officiated
–players are to resolve any issues among themselves
-Coaching follows Badminton Canada rules (behind court allowed, between points only, etc.)
*Protective eyewear is highly recommended for players under 19

All full entries are FINAL as of the entry deadline.
Refunds will NOT be issued for any cancellations after midnight on December 5th.
Cancellations before the entry deadline will be refunded (less administration fee of $20)
-All participants are required to fill out a liability form
-Participants 19 years of age and below require a guardian present during on-site registration to sign the waiver
-By registering for this event, you agree to permit photographs and/or video to be taken of you for uses related to public promotion of Badminton and Queensway Badminton Club
